Marketed with a joyful, powerful manifesto – BRING IT - the conference celebrated the critical role of technology in supporting the company’s overall strategy.

Embracing the Texan spirit, Western Style Hats, the conference gift, became the signature passport during the conference. Taking every opportunity to celebrate attendees’ achievements, the hosts designed a “Recognition Wall” where attendees wrote and posted notes of recognition and thanks to one another. Genuine connections continued during the evening social events, each designed to be casual and fun. The final night’s event at Knibbe Ranch, a local working cattle ranch, featured a big band, line dancing, lawn games and quality time with longhorns!

The dynamic energy of BRING IT carried through the business sessions and Sponsor Ideation Hub in multiple forms – Deliver IT, Experience IT, and Celebrate IT. Collectively these principles fostered associate growth and development, and embraced innovation and forward-facing technology.
