Event Story

Go Beyond is a mission and a way of life that united HR leaders, from across US & Canada, for a 3-day conference designed to uplift and inspire.

An emotional community service experience with The Magic Yarn Project, health & wellness focused sessions, and interactive education sessions motivated and energized attendees. During the general session, we featured an uplifting keynote speaker - Scott Kartvedt, a Blue Angels Pilot - and brought comic relief during “HR Tonight”, a talk-show style speaker panel.

The joyful spirit of Disney resonated throughout the conference; there were delightful moments with Disney-inspired gifts and treats, surprise visits from iconic Disney characters, and a magical awards dinner at EPCOT to celebrate attendees’ achievements. Experiencing EPCOT’s signature fireworks show and riding several park attractions, reserved exclusively for the group, made for an unforgettable night.

The unifying experiences left the leaders feeling prepared and excited to Go Beyond and boldly embrace the future together!
