Event Story

Mainsail Lodging & Development, who develops and manages world-class lodging properties, hosted a three-day event aimed at motivating their sales, events, and culinary leaders across their portfolio to strengthen and refine their event services to provide top-tier meeting and event experiences.

Educational sessions were led by industry experts who spoke about market trends and industry best practices. Social gatherings were designed to act as immersive, real-time examples of innovative culinary experiences, bespoke services, and creative décor concepts.

During the keynote session, Paul Tramonte spoke on a panel discussion about the importance of expertly executed pre-planning site visits for events. Paul shared several insider tips on how to coordinate a hotel-wide collaborative effort that increases the chances of the hotel winning the business. Paul also spoke in a session where he provided suggestions on how to strategize and offer thoughtful solutions in the face of customer challenges.
