Guide you to optimize income and expenses to balance your budget and event programming goals. Maintain budget and regularly track income, expenses, and invoices.
Post-event reconciliation; finalize all payables and receivables and conduct a final budget analysis.

Develop a Production Timeline and Event Game Plan to summarize all pertinent event details, flow of events, and daily task lists.
Coordinate and oversee hotel & event venues, and all supplier partners to ensure they execute upon their promised services.
Ensure each day’s daily events remain on schedule and adjust plans as needed.
Manage on-site attendee registration experience and maintain an event concierge desk.

Consult on and develop event sponsor opportunities and sponsor sales package.
Identify opportunities for sponsor exposure across all key events and marketing efforts.
Actively solicit approved sponsor companies and track status.
Manage exhibitor / sponsor relationships on-site to ensure all receive the ROI they were promised.

Conduct a post-event critique meeting with you to revisit your originally stated goals and KPIs, and evaluate your ROI; discuss any additions or changes for your future events.
Maintain all event history details and archive final event documents for future reference.
Create post-event attendee satisfaction survey and any attendee communication details you wish to distribute.
